HuntEx 2013 attracted over 35 000 visitors and 230 exhibitors and represented a growth of 7000 visitors on the 2012 expo. HuntEx2014 promises to be even bigger and better this year as an extra 9000m2 of exhibition space has been added and will now boast 327 exhibitors across 47 categories.
At least 60 firearms dealers and manufacturers will be manning stalls and these include 16 Italian manufacturers and one French and one Turkish manufacturer as well. Local agents will represent the balance of the manufacturers which will cover the leading firearms brands available globally.

Benelli will be hosting a VIP presentation on Friday 25 April and this will focus on the new models of semi-automatic shotguns in their range. Benelli currently accounts for 20% of shotguns manufactured globally. Tickets for the presentation will cost R30 each and are available to gun dealers, gunsmiths, members of hunting and shooting associations, security firms as well as members of the SAPS and SANDF. Included in the price will be admission for the day valued at R100. Bookings can be made via the HuntEx website at www.huntex.net.
HuntEx has grown from strength to strength in the four years since it was first launched.
